Privacy policy
This site collects two things: whatever you type into the form, and visit statistics. Below is exactly what, what for, and for how long.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Szymon Patyk, a sole trader based in Kraków, Poland. For anything concerning your data, write to [email protected].
The quote form
If you fill in the form, I receive what you put in it: the services you ticked, what your business does, a description of the problem, and your contact detail — an email address or a phone number.
- What for: to reply and prepare a quote. Nothing beyond that.
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- How long: until the conversation ends, and if it becomes a project, for the period required by Polish accounting law.
- Who else can see it: the message from the form is passed to my inbox by Web3Forms, and my email runs on Google (Gmail). I pass the data to nobody else, I do not sell it, and I do not add you to any mailing list.
Visit statistics
Cloudflare Web Analytics is always on and sets no cookies at all. It counts page views, country and the address you arrived from. None of that identifies you.
Google Analytics runs in statistics-only mode. Advertising signals and personalisation are switched off permanently, IP addresses are not stored, and nothing reaches Google Ads or any remarketing audience. It answers one question for me — which texts people read and how they found the site.
There is no consent banner, and that is a decision rather than an oversight. A banner earns its place when a site collects data for advertising. This one does not, so I do not ask about something I never use. If paid campaigns ever come along, the banner comes back — then the question would actually mean something.

Both are statistical. Neither holds your name, your address or anything that could identify you away from this site — they exist so that two visits from the same device are not counted as two different people.
How to get rid of them. Clear this site's data in your browser settings, or block cookies up front. The site then works exactly the same — nothing stops being available, you simply disappear from my statistics.
What is not here
- The calculator on the home page works entirely inside your browser. The numbers you type never leave your device.
- No ads, no remarketing pixels, no social media plugins.
- No profiling and no automated decisions about you.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to have it erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Write to [email protected] — I reply within a day, and in any case within the period the law requires.
If you believe I process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Servers and providers
The site runs on Cloudflare Pages, and the form is handled by Web3Forms. Both providers operate servers outside the European Economic Area as well. Cloudflare transfers data under standard contractual clauses.
