Why a CPV code filter is not enough

A single code means nothing. “Multimedia equipment” is usually a hardware delivery, not production. The right contract carries several codes from different groups at once.

Video mapping has no code of its own. It lands under generic equipment codes or under creative services — depending on who wrote the notice.

Polish inflection breaks matching. “Ekspozycja multimedialna” will not be found by searching for “ekspozycji multimedialnej” — the same phrase in another grammatical case.

What only showed up in practice

The portal mixes open notices with settled ones — on the first scan more than half of the hits were already past their deadline.

Result

Of 1764 notices checked, 29 made it into the report. Going through the rest used to take a quarter of an hour a day — now nobody has to.
